Use the form provided below to generate a letter of invitation that can be printed out to obtain travel documents. If you need to generate several letters for family members, enter each individual's name separately and create a letter for each.

Academy members and registered users of AAO.org may login to generate a personalized letter of invitation. Entering information into the form below will not update your membership record.
