Make your tribute message to either Dr. Morse or to the Knights or both. Submitting a photo is encouraged. Please provide the following via email to tributebook@aao.org.

  • A high-quality (high resolution) image, preferably in jpg or png format
  • A short caption identifying the people captured in the photo
  • Your donor name to be used in acknowledgment materials
